Web development

Request a website for your fleet.

Beyond compliance, we build custom websites designed to showcase your brand, attract new clients, and streamline your business operations online.

Tell us about the operation below and we will come back with a written scope: the pages, the timeline, and one price. No account needed, and nothing is charged for asking.

SynOdos HOS is the main build here. Website work is scheduled around it, so the first thing we tell you is when we can start.

1

You tell us about the operation

Fleet size, who you carry, what the site should win. The form on this page is enough to start.

2

We send a written scope

Pages, who writes the copy, what we need from you, when we can start, and one price for the whole job.

3

We build it, you approve it

You see it on a real URL while it is being built. The domain, hosting and accounts stay in your name.

Would rather just write to us? [email protected]. You can also read the HOS user guide or see the product page.

Tell us what you need

Takes about two minutes. Every field marked required is the minimum we need to reply usefully.

If you have one. Leave it blank if you are starting from scratch.
Optional

Free to ask. We quote per project after we understand the scope.

What we build

Every site is built around the operation it belongs to — no template with your name dropped into it.

A site that says what you do

Who you carry, where you run, what your vehicles and drivers look like — laid out so a parent or a dispatcher understands it in one screen.

Pages that bring in work

Driver recruiting, quote requests, school or contract enquiries. Each one ends somewhere useful instead of a dead end.

Service and route information

Districts, runs and contact details kept current, so the office stops answering the same four questions by phone.

Room to link the logbook

If drivers should move between your site and SynOdos HOS, we plan the handoff now. Shared logins across our products are in the works, not shipped.

What we need from you

The sooner these are in one folder, the sooner the site is live.

  • Your logo, and any photos of the fleet you are happy to publish
  • The services you actually run, and the areas you cover
  • The phone number and email you want people to use
  • Access to an existing domain, if there is one

A note on scope

A small site is usually a handful of pages: home, services, about, contact, and one form. Larger builds — driver portals, scheduling, per-district pages — get scoped separately, because they are software, not a brochure.

We will tell you which one you are asking for before anything starts, and what it costs.
